You can drop plugins (*.jar files) here or move them to another directory and set

    # Linux, Mac OS X &c.
    plugins = /path/to/plugins/dir

or:

    # Windows
    plugins = C:\\Path\\To\\Plugins\\Dir

in PMS.conf
