This is a feature and bugfix release

Changelog:

• Main config file is now always saved in AppData on Windows to follow Windows program conventions for security reasons.
• Fixed framerate/audio sync issues with double NTSC (59.94FPS) videos.
• Fixed a bug that caused iTunes libraries to be parsed twice on startup.
• Customised MEncoder options page (see before and after).
• Rolled back MediaInfo from 0.7.35 to 0.7.27 for no reason, just that there was no point having the updated versions

I’ve been customising some parts of PS3 Media Server for myself and I thought I may as well release a custom build.
It’s built on top of 1.20.412, the changes from that version are:

• Updated FFMPEG from build 22628 to 25870
• Updated MEncoder from RTM to P4 builds
• Updated MEncoder fonts, etc. to build 32674
• Updated JRE download links from 6.12 to 6.22
• Changed icon
• Changed titles a bit
