This is a feature and bugfix release
Changelog:
- Main config file is now always saved in AppData on Windows to follow Windows program conventions for security reasons.
- Fixed framerate/audio sync issues with double NTSC (59.94FPS) videos.
- Fixed a bug that caused iTunes libraries to be parsed twice on startup.
- Customised MEncoder options page (see before and after).
- Rolled back MediaInfo from 0.7.35 to 0.7.27 for no reason, just that there was no point having the updated versions
